We still have water/electric sites available for the 4th of July. We’re centrally located for all the Choteau festivities and watch the city fireworks display from our park!

We’re looking forward to another beautiful summer in Choteau, MT including the beautiful sunsets over the Rocky Mountains, meeting new friends on the road, and maybe even discovering a dinosaur bone with the Bynum Dinosaur Museum. We’ll see you this summer!
Snow Geese at Freeze Out Lake
The Snow Geese usually come to Freeze Out Lake in March. It’s a quck trip over to the lake from our campground to see these spectacular birds. Call our Campground for more information of staying with us in the Early Spring at 406-466-2615.
Ear Mountain
Ear Mountain peak is distinguished for me by the angled granite cliff that juts above the mountain top. Anywhere I go, I search for it with it’s striated rock and the tiny notch on the top. It looks over the town of Choteau like a distant sentinel. From the local paper the Acantha, one theory…
